Heidi is a freelance yoga teacher, who has been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade. She recently has finally taken the leap towards teaching other people this valuable life tool. She has practiced yoga and meditation all in many different countries, including with world renowned teachers and mentors. Studying philosophies such as Vipassana, the Noble Eightfold path, and the teachings of the Dalai Lama has left her with a wide array of tools and philosophies to embrace life’s challenges and navigate through them.

Heidi’s classes are an artful blend of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness.  Each unique class inspires students to unite body, mind and heart in the present moment, enhancing well being on and off the mat. Her teaching style is dynamic and interactive, inviting a lot of movement and breathing while motivating her students to explore and listen to their bodies.
